We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our pioneering, fast-growing Modern Sales business.
You will help our clients to achieve enhanced sales performance and grow their revenues. In other words, this is your ideal job if you want to work with sales leaders & teams to understand how they work and introduce work efficiencies that allow sales reps to prospect better and close more deals.
What you will be doing?
Your primary mission is to advice & guide our clients in building a successful commercial excellence strategy that is fully aligned with their company ambitions. You are customer obsessed and understand the buying journey and requirements for sales. You translate that into optimized processes to offer improvements and better experiences for prospects.
Equipped with ton loads of sales expertise, you will perform 360° assessments to analyze their current sales productivity and identify improvement opportunities.
Powered by data & technology, you will reengineer the entire sales processes and build business cases on how a transformed business can capture more business through digital sales channels improved skillsets, reorganized teams, … You also lead the full transformation journey, supported by subject matter experts.
You facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices about commercial excellence, sales and account management.
You have a pragmatic and hands-on attitude that leads to immediate results. Of course, your impact is also strategic but it’s not a buzz word for us. That’s how we differ from other expensive consulting firms.
Excellent people skills are a minimum requirement. You connect easily with C-level people, sales & marketing leaders and their teams on a daily basis to fully understand their concerns. At the same time, you have the right presentation skills to inspire and motivate your audience so they follow your guidance.
Oh yes – you are eager and keep up with trends and innovation in sales & technology. You will need it to build top notch modern sales recipes for our clients.
This is where you shine
- You have a background in commercial excellence, sales or consulting
- You are native Dutch, but speak French and English fluently.
- You are entrepreneurial and able to think out-of-the-box. At the same time, innovation is part of your DNA.
- You have at least 10 years of business experience.
- You are result oriented and customer obsessed. Nothing more, nothing less.
- You have strong interpersonal skills & are a good communicator.
